WELCOME TO ELEMENTS!

After almost 16 years in our West Broadway location, we have decided to change our scenery. Our new location has not yet revealed itself (we are working on something) but don’t worry, we have a temporary location in Kitsilano that you will love. It is bright, airy, comfortable, and filled with good energy!

HAVING TROUBLE FINDING AN APPOINTMENT TIME?: Please sign up for our WAITLIST at the bottom left-hand corner of a therapist’s booking profile. You will receive an automatic notification if a spot opens up. Openings are briefly reserved only for those on the waitlist before being released to the public. Sometimes a therapist will also extend their schedule to help accommodate people on the waitlist, so it is beneficial to add your name.

THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT US: Email is the fastest way for us to get back to you: reception@elementswellnesscentre.com. We do not have a receptionist, so our phone system is set for messages only, which means no one will answer the phone. Please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience!

FIRST-TIME CLIENTS: Applicable intake forms must be signed and completed prior to your treatment. All intake forms will be emailed at the time of booking your initial appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to charge a fee for the full amount of any no-show/cancellations within a 24-hour window before an appointment. In circumstances of illness, we must be notified through voicemail and/or email by the morning of your appointment (before 8am) or an administrative fee may be applied. Our policy requires a credit card to be on file for booking.

We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!!

Kelli Taylor is an award-winning Registered Acupuncturist. She is a graduate of the five-year Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program at the International College of TCM in Vancouver. In May 2006, Kelli had the pleasure of doing her 5th-year internship in China at the Anhui Hospital in the city of Hefei. There she spent two months working in various departments in both the in-patient and out-patient buildings under different TCM doctors. This tremendous experience has allowed Kelli to become a better acupuncturist today.

Kelli started her health career as a nutritionist and is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. While working one on one with nutritional clients she realized the link between digestive disorders and food allergies. She decided to go study with Dr. Devi Nambudripad in Los Angeles to learn the NAET allergy elimination technique protocol. NAET is a non-invasive, drug-free, natural solution to eliminating allergies. She has found it be to very helpful in bringing balance and harmony in the body and has been able to help numerous people live symptom-free lives over the past twenty years.

A large interest for Kelli is Women’s Health and Well-being. She has done many extra studies over the years in women’s health such as infertility, pregnancy, PMS, menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, dysmenorrhea, and other women’s issues. She has had great success in helping women conceive, reduce and/or eliminate period pain, reduce and/or eliminate hormonal migraines, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve menopause symptoms, induce labour (aka ripening the cervix), and much more. Over the years Kelli has studied Yin Yoga and now teaches Yin Yoga for Hormone Balance. She has infused her many years of TCM/Acupuncture experience with her years of yoga experience and created Yin Body Balance. You can find more information about classes, workshops, teacher trainings as well as FREE downloadable Yin Yoga sequences for Hormone Balance, Infertility, and Thyroid Balance by visiting www.lifeaskellitaylor.com. Her goal is always to help women create healthier and more balanced bodies.

Kelli was also the lead acupuncturist at InspireHealth for five years treating cancer patients with acupuncture. These patients were going through chemotherapy and radiation and have decided to combine both eastern and western medicine to heal. She finds this type of work extremely rewarding and feels tremendous gratitude to still be working together with the extraordinary team at Inspire. Kelli sees cancer patients in her private practice at Elements Wellness Centre as well as started group acupuncture in the studio space at Elements. This is for anyone currently doing cancer treatments and is looking for additional support. She helps patients with pain relief (neuropathy and post surgeries), fatigue, nausea, stress, anxiety, constipation/diarrhea, and improved digestion.

Kelli has also been certified in Constitutional Facial Acupuncture with Mary Elizabeth Wakefield and Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture with Martha Lucas. What Kelli loves so much about Facial Acupuncture is a successful treatment is not just about treating the face but the body as a whole. She is always saying…if you don’t like what is happening on your face then you must look inside the body to make the changes.

Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki level 1&2, Craniosacral level 1&2, Kelli incorporates aspects of each therapy into her acupuncture treatments to create a unique individualized session for each of her patients.

She has also completed the NADA (National Acupuncture Detox Association) training as well. This training specifically got her well-versed in auricular acupuncture.

Kelli completed levels one and two of the NIS (Neurolink) Modules and is now an Academy 1 graduate. This unique modality has had Kelli fascinated for well over ten years and she is very happy to have this part of her practice. This treatment is something only a handful of people are trained and practicing in BC.
